Last week, the Optimeasure service team successfully commissioned a second OWELD 20000HD system at one of Coolers and Condensers’ primary manufacturing facilities.
This latest installation marks another milestone: it is the third OWELD unit we have supplied to the company across their multiple sites, reinforcing a highly successful and ongoing partnership.
The Future of Industrial Brazing
The OWELD 20000HD is a major upgrade for high-volume manufacturing environments. By generating clean, high-performance oxy-hydrogen gas directly from water, the system completely eliminates the need for storing and handling traditional, hazardous pressurised gas cylinders on the factory floor.
At this specific facility, the new heavy-duty unit has been fully integrated to power six user-friendly brazing stations simultaneously. This provides the production team with a highly stable, precise, and soot-free flame, whilst drastically improving workplace safety and reducing operational downtime associated with cylinder changeovers.
Unlike conventional systems that rely on acetone to boost performance, Oweld’s advanced electrolysis creates a pure, high-energy flame using only water, eliminating carbon contamination in brazing joints and removing hazardous solvents from the workspace.
